Alessio Linked Companies

The Companies Connected to Alessio Vinassa: A Corporate and Business Network Map

One of the hardest parts of researching Alessio Vinassa is figuring out where one company ends and another begins.

His name has appeared in connection with a long list of businesses, projects and people over the years. Some connections are documented through company records or public roles. Others come from investigative reporting, former executives or online allegations. Then there are companies that appear to have entered the same ecosystem after an earlier project collapsed.

That is why simply publishing a list of companies associated with Vinassa can be misleading.

The more useful approach is to map the network and separate what is documented from what is alleged.

At the centre of the older story are Lira Coin, WeWe Global, LyoFI, LyoPay, LFI, The Blockchain Era, Xera and Homnifi. Around them are corporate entities, executives, technology companies and later projects that became part of the same broader business ecosystem.

Lira Coin

Lira Coin Club is one of the earliest names that appears in the history.

BehindMLM investigated Lira Coin Club in 2019 and described a token-lending and mining-return model combined with a multi-level marketing structure. The publication reported advertised monthly returns on LIC tokens and separate mining investment packages. Italy’s CONSOB later temporarily suspended promotion of LiraCoin Club over concerns relating to investment fraud.

The important point is that the available reporting does not establish Vinassa as the legal owner of Lira Coin.

However, comments attached to the BehindMLM investigation later alleged that Vinassa was the real owner or promoter. Other commenters connected him with individuals including Diego Endrizzi.

Those remain allegations.

Lira Coin therefore belongs on the map as an early project associated with allegations involving Vinassa, rather than as a company whose ownership by Vinassa has been conclusively established by the material reviewed.

WeWe Global

WeWe Global is much more important to the later story.

The company appeared around 2021 and developed a cryptocurrency and MLM ecosystem around WEWEX. After that model collapsed, the business moved toward LyoFI and LyoPay.

BehindMLM subsequently described several later projects as reboots of the broader WeWe Global operation.

The Vinassa connection here comes primarily through later allegations made by Luiz Goes.

Goes, who was publicly associated with LyoPay and WeWe Global, later alleged that Vinassa was the owner behind WeWe Global and VAI Marketing Management. BehindMLM reported that Goes supplied a Dubai company registration in support of his claim that Vinassa was a manager and majority shareholder of VAI Marketing.

BehindMLM also made clear that it had not independently confirmed who actually controlled WeWe Global.
